Yunoma provides a range of interior design services for your goals. Following an initial greeting & meeting, the design journey typically progress as below.
The first stage of the design process is Design Consultation. This begins with an initial meeting to understand you and your needs — how you live, how you use your space, your priorities and future plans, and your aspirations for the project.
A site inspection and measurement are then carried out to identify opportunities and constraints within the space. From there, a project brief is established to define the overall vision for the project.
Design Consultation
After a project brief is established, the Concept Design stage explores initial space planning, custom joinery design, and the overall look and feel of the project.
Preliminary floor plans and 3D visualisations are developed to help you understand the potential direction of the design.
Concept Design
Once the concept design is approved, the project progresses into the Design Development stage, where the design is refined and resolved in greater detail.
Final floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations are produced, together with schedules for fixtures and fittings, and material and finishes selections to support final decision-making.
Design Development
The final stage delivers a comprehensive documentation set suitable for builders and tendering. This includes detailed floor plans, elevations and sections, along with design details for custom joinery.
A complete schedule of fixtures and fittings is also compiled, covering tapware, sanitary ware, appliances and other fixed elements required to realise the final design.
